Clermont is a suburb west of Orlando in Lake County, Florida, United States. The current population for Clermont is 22,097 at a 2006 census, making it the largest city in the county. The historic downtown district is still much as it was 50 years ago.[3] It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area.
